Speaker: Joseph Fenning
Joseph Fenning, the CEO and founder of Normandy Group Inc. and Fenning Property Group, is a seasoned expert in real estate acquisitions, repositioning, and management of all real estate deals and projects. With a relentless focus on delivering success in every real estate deal, Joseph manages and oversees the entire process of identifying, analyzing, acquiring, managing, marketing, and syndicating Real Estate deals.
Joseph started his real estate investment journey mid 2016 while in college. But his interest and experience in REI began back in his teenage years while he was helping his parents in their real estate business (Build to Rent Module) back in Ghana. Something he currently does ‘till this day.
Joseph attended Ithaca College in Ullpstate New York where he studied BSc. Accounting with a Minor in Economics, and MSc. Tax Law. He began his career with PWC in the deals group and later on joined the real estate tax group (tax advisory, compliance & deal structuring). He is currently practicing with EY RE Tax group while managing his real estate ventures.
