Dr. Joe Guzzardi has been investing in Residential Real Estate since 2020. He currently has 9 buildings and 70 units/rooms in his portfolio, all in the State of NJ; Roughly $3.5m AUM. He has bought and sold an additional 11 properties over these years as well. Dr. Joe has been able to grow his portfolio while working mostly full time as a Physical Therapist. His goal this year includes acquiring 1-2 large commercial buildings/Group Homes, purchase 1 business, and start a non-profit organization focusing on affordable housing in the Rooming/Group Home Space.
